You're on abm-seo.com, run by Baba SEO — a fractional SEO consultancy based in Amsterdam.
This page tells you what happens with your data when you visit. It's written for humans, not lawyers. But it's still legally valid. Think of it as a privacy page that respects your time the way we respect your data.
We don't track you personally. Our analytics tool (Plausible) doesn't use cookies and can't identify you. We do use Microsoft Clarity for session recordings — that one uses cookies, and we're transparent about it below. If you give us your email, we'll only use it to tell you when new playbook chapters are published. No spam, no "weekly digests," no selling your data to anyone. That's the deal.
We use Plausible for traffic analytics. If every analytics tool worked like Plausible, privacy policies would be a lot shorter.
Plausible doesn't use cookies, doesn't collect personal data, doesn't track you across sites, and is fully GDPR, CCPA, and PECR compliant — no cookie banner needed. All data is aggregated. We can see "47 people read the CRM discovery section today." We cannot see "Jan from Rotterdam read it at 14:32 on his MacBook." Plausible is hosted in the EU.

We use Clarity to see how people actually interact with the site — where they click, how far they scroll, whether anyone actually reads Section 4 (we hope so, we worked hard on it).
Clarity records mouse movements, clicks, and scrolling. It does not capture anything you type into sensitive fields like passwords or payment forms. It does use first-party cookies for session identification, and data is processed by Microsoft.
If you'd rather not be included, enable "Do Not Track" in your browser settings and Clarity will respect that.

If you subscribe to playbook update notifications, your email address is stored by Mailchimp (part of Intuit).
Here's what we do with it: notify you when a new chapter is published on this site.
Here's what we don't do with it: send you weekly newsletters, promote products, share it with third parties, or add you to any other list. One type of email, sent only when there's something worth reading.
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. One click and you're out. No "we're sorry to see you go" guilt trip.

The site is hosted on Webflow. When you visit, Webflow processes your request and may log standard server data — IP address, browser type, pages visited. Their servers are in the United States. Yes, we're aware of the irony of a Dutch privacy policy pointing to US servers. Webflow is widely used and compliant with standard data protection frameworks.

Cloudflare sits in front of the site as a CDN and security layer. It processes requests to make pages load faster and to keep bots from doing things bots shouldn't do. Cloudflare may temporarily log IP addresses for security purposes.

We use Google Search Console to monitor how this site appears in search results. It doesn't collect any data from you as a visitor. All data is aggregated and anonymized by Google. This one's really just between us and Google's algorithm.
This site is operated from the Netherlands, so GDPR applies. You have the right to:
For any of these, email: letsgrow@baba-seo.com
We'll respond like a human, not an auto-responder.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. We won't email you about it unless it's something material — because nobody wants a "we updated our privacy policy" email. You've received enough of those.
